I added this to my order on a whim to be able to get free shipping and I wasn't expecting a whole lot from it. To my surprise I have since been reaching for it every day! I use the spatula end to scoop my balm cleanser and spread it onto my face, then I use the head to scrub it in. Then I use it with my foaming cleanser and it lathers up nicely. It's gentle (I can use it on my eye area) but still gives you the feeling of a good, decent clean. I haven't found myself using the smaller brush on the side, but the bristles on the main head are long enough to get into wherever I need them to. It's very versatile and overall I am very pleased!
