The cream feels lovely to apply and by the next day my eye area feels soft and smooth. It also doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes, which is a big plus. However, the pump is incredibly frustrating to use. The product often doesn't come out when pressed, sometimes I have to pump it up to 10 times, while other times it comes out after just one or two pumps. It's completely unpredictable and quite annoying to use.

Pretty decent eye patches, however I used them a day after exfoliating and noticed a burning sensation. They would be better to use maybe once a week a few days after exfoliation. Not too wet so they stay on the face well.
