Which Fanola range should I choose?
If you have blonde, bleached or lightened hair:
Try Fanola’s best-selling No Yellow Range. The ultra potent No Yellow Shampoo contains an extremely high level of violet pigments to easily neutralise any brassy or yellow tones. When using Fanola No Yellow Shampoo for the first time, be sure to leave it on for only a minute to avoid overtoning the hair.
If you have dark blonde hair or have blonde highlights:
The No Orange range will be perfect. With blue pigments rather than violet, these products are ideal to tone away red, copper or orange tones from hair.
If you have weak or brittle hair:
Fanola Nutri Care is ideal to restore strength and vitality to hair damaged by chemical treatments, colouring or environmental factors.
If you want to maintain coloured hair:
The Fanola After Colour selection of products contains high levels of antioxidants to help protect hair from colour fade. It also helps to promote healthy hair growth while boosting shine and softness.
Fanola haircare products are proudly made in Italy, and are cruelty-free in accordance with EU regulations.

Great product ... when used properly
First off, what's good about it: it's very good value. It took me the best part of a year to finish and I am not frugal with hair products. It deposits a decent amount of pigment and is therefore a relatively low cost, effective treatment to keep a nice, ashy tone to blond/silver hair.
What's not so great: it's not a true cleansing shampoo. As one reviewer online wrote, it's more like a toner. One important point ... it goes EVERYWHERE. If your hair is longer than chin-length, it may flick around more than you realise while you're in the shower, and that means this product will flick onto your tiles. Wipe it off straight away or you will get a faint violet stain, which you probably don't want.
So, overall, I recommend, but I also endorse once-a-week or mix-with-regular-shampoo methods other reviewers have mentioned.
